By using our services you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All services are provided as entertainment only. 

2. We do not offer medical, health, legal, financial, psychological, career, marriage or family advice or answer medical, health, legal, financial, psychological, career, marriage or family related questions.  If you have medical, health, legal, financial, psychological, career, marriage or family related questions, seek the services of the appropriate licensed professional. 

3. Our approach to readings includes critical thinking and psychic intuition to help clients think about their questions and explore their options to gain insight.  We believe the best answers often come from within and do not offer advice.  

4. You agree that you are fully responsible for your decisions and actions and agree to hold harmless and release Psychic Bill and associates from any and all liability resulting from any actions you take as a result of using our services.

5.  You must be 21 or older to use our services. 

6. No recording of sessions is allowed for privacy and confidentiality reasons and you agree not to record your session.  Please free to take notes during your session.    

7. Sessions are audio-only via phone.  We will call you at the scheduled time of your session.  We do not use video conferencing, Zoom, TEAMS, Skype, FaceTime, or any other video service. 

8. All sessions are individual sessions for one person.  If you want more than one person to participate in your session, there is a separate fee for each person participating and this needs to be arranged and paid for in advance by contacting our office.

9. All psychic predictions for the future are predictions of potential which free will can override.  No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given including the accuracy of any information provided during your session.
